Field Measurement & Verification

Field verification is the process of checking and documenting actual site dimensions and existing conditions before design, fabrication, or installation.

Modelspec uses digital measurement and 3D scanning technology to verify critical dimensions, elevations, angles, openings, clearances, and surrounding conditions. This gives architects, designers, contractors, and fabricators reliable field information before work moves forward.

Why Field Verification Matters?

Drawings do not always reflect current site conditions. Construction tolerances, existing structures, renovations, and installation changes can create dimensional differences.

Field verification helps identify these conditions before materials are fabricated or installed, reducing measurement errors, unexpected site issues, return visits, and rework.

What We Can Verify?
